Siapakah aku....

Just a few info bout myself...(ade yg betul...ade yg x...) so just check it out...

Percaya atau tak, kite boleh mengenal diri sndiri dgn mudah tanpa pegi hospital untuk kenal diri sendiri ataupun dengan mengadakan sesi consultation...byk kuiz kat intenet...zaman teknologi canggih...cuma ada yg boleh percaya dan ada yg tak boleh dipercayai...pandai2 la nilai sendiri...

ni apa yang aku sajer2 try test...

aku memang lahir pada hari sabtu...baper ari bulan tak yah la tau..biar yg empunya blog je tau...apa yg menarik perhatian aku dgn result kuiz ni....

emm..aku cepat maafkan org lain...aku tak suke nk simpan dalam hati...tu yg kadang2 ada yg amik kesempatan buat salah byk kali kat aku tu..sbb tau aku ni jenis yg cepat memaafkan..agak melampau kan org2 yg macam tu...

Yang lain2 tu aku setuju jugak..mmg ada dalam diri aku...kalau nk komen pjg plak nt entri kali ni..hehehe

ni pasal kerjaya vs zodiak aku...agak menarik dan tertarik sebenarnya...aku tak berapa pasti tentang ni sbb aku masih lagi seorg penganggur terhormat hahaha...tapi menurut org2 yg rapat dgn aku..dorg kata aku ada ciri2 seperti di atas...hahaha..ada gak la beberapa perkara yang aku setuju...sbb mmg ada dalam diri aku n ada dalam setiap future iklan kepala otak aku ni...alhamdulillah...amin :)

Kereta Sport Mewah Nissan GTR milik Datuk Lee Chong Wei

Arini entri pasal celebrity yer...Yer aku nak citer tentang pemain badminton kesayangan negara, Datuk Lee Chong Wei yang baru jer menang kejohanan All England 2010 edisi ke 100 baru-baru ni...memang best masa aku tgk final tu...teruja sekejap...

Tapi arini aku bertambah teruja bila tgk kereta baru Datuk Lee chong Wei...dengan kejuaraan demi kejuaraan yang berjaya di capai oleh Datuk Lee Chong Wei serta statusnya sebagai pemain badminton nombor 1 dunia...Datuk Lee Chong Wei skarang ni dah pandai meletakkan diri dalam golongan elit & memang sepatutnya Datuk Lee Chong Wei berada disitu...

Tidak dinafikan dengan memiliki kereta sport mewah seperti Nissan GTR adalah merupakan lambang dan bukti kejayaan bagi seseorang individu...termasuklah aku...agak2nye kereta apa yg bakal aku pakai...BMW Z4 Coupe sudah semestinya...cerita pasal BMW aku entri lain kali...arini pasal Nissan GTR Datuk Lee Chong Wei...

aku tak ingat aku jumpa bnda ni kat mana...tapi aku suka bnda ni...dh lama ada dalam pendrive aku...agak bermakna kata2 dari alexander...sapa yg tak kenal alexander the great...sapa yg x kenal nmpak sgt la ponteng kelas sejarah...aku pon suka gak ponteng kelas sejarah masa form 4 n form 5...tapi aku tetap tau siapa itu alexander the great...aku suka dgn sejarah2 manusia yg berjaya...maybe sbb aku rajin tgk discovery channel..takpon history channel...byk bnda yg boleh di pelajari dgn kisah2 kejayaan dorg nih...sbb tu aku suka...

10 tips for good night's sleep




Stick to a schedule. Erratic bedtimes do not allow for your body to align to the proper circadian rhythms. Mum was right when she set a time we always had to go to sleep as kids. Also, make sure you try to keep the same schedule on weekends too, otherwise the next morning, you’d wake later and feel overly tired.

Sleep only at night. Avoid daytime sleep if possible. Daytime naps steal hours from nighttime slumber. Limit daytime sleep to 20-minute, power naps.

Exercise. It’s actually known to help you sleep better. Your body uses the sleep period to recover its muscles and joints that have been exercised. Twenty to thirty minutes of exercise every day can help you sleep, but be sure to exercise in the morning or afternoon. Exercise stimulates the body and aerobic activity before bedtime may make falling asleep more difficult.

Taking a hot shower or bath before bed helps bring on sleep because they can relax tense muscles.

Avoid eating just before bed. Avoid eat large meals or spicy foods before bedtime. Give yourself at least 2 hours from when you eat to when you sleep. This allows for digestion to happen (or at least start) well before you go to sleep so your body can rest well during the night, rather than churning away your food.

Avoid caffeine. It keeps you awake and that’s now what you want for a good nights sleep. We all know that.

Read a fiction book. It takes you to a whole new world if you really get into it. And then take some time to ponder over the book as you fall asleep. I find as I read more and more, regardless of the book, I get more tired at night and so find it easier to fall asleep. Different for others?

Have the room slightly cooler. I prefer this to a hot room. I prefer to turn off the heat and allow the coolness to circulate in and out of the windows. If I get cold, I wear warmer clothes. It also saves on the bills as you’re not going to require the heat all night long.

Sleep in silence. I find sleeping with no music or TV on more easy and restful. I guess others are different, but sleep with no distractions is best for a clearer mind.

Avoid alcohol before bedtime. It’s a depressant; although it may make it easier to fall asleep, it causes you to wake up during the night. As alcohol is digested your body goes into withdrawal from the alcohol, causing nighttime awakenings and often nightmares for some people.

sampai ipoh dlm kul 1 lebih...jalan jammed kat area roundabout mdn kid...aku serabut tgk jammed...aku tido hehe...sian akak aku kna drive sorg2 n tense sorg2 sbb jammed...nk pg silibin sbb akak aku uruskan apa yg patut pasal umah yg bakal kiteorg duduk nt...tp time tu time semayang jumaat...smua org pjabat rehat...kiteorg p la mkn dulu...singgah kfc...tp mkn x abis pon...sbb lapar sgt...mkn sikit pon dh knyang...pas mkn tgk jam dh 2.45pm...trus gerak pg bank...dh setel kt bank...trus pg kwsp kt sblah GM...sempat gak aku capai kertas atas meja receptionist kt kwsp tu...muka depannya...BULETIN AHLI...
aku malas nk taip...so ini la jadinyer...
